Jade were entrusted with the supply and configuration and deployment of rugged data capture devices and innovative print solutions to support the multi-site (UK and Ireland) 3M manufacturing SAP rollout.
We provided Jade help desk functionality supporting devices and print solutions and buffer stock management initially supporting for a 4-year period and circa 600 devices across 10 sites of the UK manufacturing estate. This facility has 24 / 7 / 365 end user access via the innovative Jade support portal which is backed up by the Jade manned help desk from Monday to Friday.
