Jade provided specification design and Installation of a multi-site harsh environment (Port side) meshed wireless network, currently 7 sites plus office locations. Jade designed a centrally managed single virtual controllers system giving the business a single pane of glass view of multi-site wireless networks. Jade produced the specification and facilitated the configuration of rugged multi model sim and wireless hand held data capture terminals.
Jade provide first line fix and service desk functionality and resources and are currently managing support of circa 800 items. This facility has 24 / 7 / 365 end user access via the innovative Jade support portal which is backed up by the Jade manned help desk from Monday to Friday.
