Jade devised and implemented a companywide wireless and network strategy delivering a common set of components to support a companywide WMS rollout. Jade provided installation and implementation services for Stobart’s wireless networks, hand held and truck mount devices and site wide print solutions as a managed service proposition having deployed to 7 of an estate of approx. 20 warehousing and distribution sites so far. Next steps are to implement the Jade service desk to provide 1st line fix and device and buffer stock management within the Stobart warehousing estate. This facility has 24 / 7 / 365 end user access via the innovative Jade support portal which is backed up by the Jade manned service desk from Monday to Friday.
