
We provided a full 5 year contract supplying 600 x MC70’s and accessories in support of their field service engineers. Jade provided its Sentinel service which comprised of backed off break fix maintenance, a next day swap out of faulty devices supported by a buffer stock held at Jade. In support of this Jade prime contracted a full field mobility software solution from Pervasic. This solution is primarily for providing jobs to the field engineers who are out servicing lifts to pre agreed maintenance contracts and also responding to emergency call outs to a pre agreed SLA. Jade provided full pre and post sales support in swapping out the existing estate of consumer based devices that Otis bought from Orange. Prior to this they experienced high hardware failure rate and no SLA around the software. In support of this an O2 airtime contract was also taken. This provided a full turnkey mobility solution to Otis Lifts.
