Site surveys / scoping
Site surveys are a critical piece in providing both the initial quote and the final installation as it gives our teams an opportunity to review in detail your sites and ask questions that will help us scope the right solution and allocate the right resources and staff. The purpose of this pre-preparation is to de-risk the project so you know what the real costs will be, what to expect, what disruption there will be and how long it will take.
Project management
As a Jade customer, you get a dedicated project manager allocated to your project who will ensure the smooth end-to-end delivery and ensure the project delivery goes according to the timeline set out in the scoping stage. They organise and manage your equipment, systems and the time of our engineers, ensuring everything is ordered and delivered to the site on schedule ready for installation.
Structured data cabling
Even with the huge advances in wireless technology and mobile infrastructure, structured cabling (or data cabling) is still the backbone of most businesses, especially with more and more devices being connected to the cloud and transferring increasing amounts of data. We’ve been installing, configuring and supporting complex structured cabling projects for over 20 years – and it’s often a core component in our large-scale projects.
Equipment installation
We specialise in the installation of 3rd-party equipment, such as Wi-Fi routers, switches, signage, kiosks, cameras, people sensors and much more – all planned around times that are convenient to your business. Our installation team is fully trained on all the equipment they install and have relevant H&S and working at heights certification as required.
Device builds
The Jade Services team can ensure that hardware such as rugged mobiles, wearable devices and mobile printers arrive on your site ready to go. Your devices are sent directly from the manufacturer to the Jade service team, where they are set up, configured, pre-loaded with software and then fully tested – allowing your staff to get working straight away.
